Marc Woodward
Marc became interested in plants and landscape design while in high school and attended Auburn University’s school of architecture before earning a business degree from Jacksonville State University. While in college, he held a student job for several years with the school’s athletic department as a grounds manager – a self-taught position maintaining sports turf for the football program. After graduating and relocating to Atlanta, Marc worked for several years early in his career in golf course maintenance at well-known clubs including Atlanta Country Club, where he served as an assistant golf course superintendent.
Despite eventually enjoying a career in commercial property management, Marc never lost interest in landscape design and maintenance. While in the property management industry, Marc was a consumer of landscape design and maintenance services. He was actively involved in the planning, design, and execution of landscape enhancement projects, developed scopes of work for landscape services, and hired and managed landscape services providers. Marc brings extensive operational and financial management experience to an established name in the Atlanta landscape industry. He looks forward to the company becoming a market leading landscape services provider.
